Argo is such a good dog, he loves us as much as we love him.  I have noticed that he is scared by adult males, adult females are sooner to be trusted, but nothing compares to being a child!  Children are really loved by Argo.  I have sent along a picture of Argo.  It taken the night we brought Argo home.  He is sleeping inside a cage (the cage is no longer set up!) and Molly (my daughter) is sleeping as close to Argo as she can get.  - Susan

We adopted CK on March 15th and have had nothing but pure enjoyment since she came into our house. I have enclosed a picture for you. As you can see she is having a difficult time adjusting to her new home. She is the queen.
Thanks Again - Dineen Leone

Good Afternoon, The A.N.N.A. Shelter --
Just wanted to send an updated picture of Zooey for Happy Tails. Hard to believe we've had him for five week already. He's doing very well. The vet says he is in good health. He's conquered his fear of the snow and now loves to climb the snow pile in our backyard. Also enjoys all of his toys, playing and tummy rubs. Attached is a picture. Thank you for all of your help. Cheers, Craig Rimlinger

To the Anna Shelter and Bruce and Mary Ellen (puppy fosters) !

Thank you for bringing Clare and Zoey into our lives!  It has been almost a month now and after adjusting to life in our home they both are happy to have been able to stay together.. they LOVE RUNNING in the backyard and laying on the couch.. ( yes we let them !! ) They are a little bit spoiled.. or should I say LOVED? They are already housebroken and are learning all about " their " new home and love having their own back yard to play in...They love to cuddle and already know where their treats are kept!  We are so glad we didn't separate them because they are very attached to each other.  After their first car ride to the Vet they learned that they LOVE car rides.. and the Vet said they are both doing wonderful and are very healthy.  They get their next shots next week.  When we take them for rides they already get excited about going in the car.. I'd say they are pretty smart, but then  I am the proud Mom..!  More than anything they love having their own boy ( My son David ) and we love having them.  Again thank you and thank you to Bruce and Mary Ellen for bringing them into our lives.  They have captured our hearts and our house is filled with lots of fun! Sincerely, Daria, Phil & David Marnella and Clare and Zoey Marnella!

An added note from the Marnella's came the next day...

"Please if anyone is looking at these pages and sees a dog or a puppy who needs a loving home like Clare and Zoey did.. please consider one of these wonderful dogs or kittens from the Shelter.  They are so grateful to be brought into a loving household and speaking from experience we can tell you that they more than reciprocate with their kisses and love they give back.  Clare and Zoey were so shy " at first " , but after they realize that they are safe and loved they simply blossom!  WE ARE SO HAPPY TO HAVE THEM, and to see all the pets on here that are looking for good homes, we know you will have no regrets !  We are enjoying every moment with our new girls and they are having a great time too!    They feel happy and secure and learn so quickly that they are safe.. so please consider adopting from the shelter.. you won't regret it!"

Here's a picture of Roger. I am very happy with him and glad that I was able to bring him home with me. He is such a sweetheart and loves to be petted. He'll follow me around the house and runs around my feet when he wants to be picked up. When I'm in my room, he'll come in and jump on my bed and lick my hand. I can't see how anyone could just give him up.

"Hi everyone at the Anna Shelter:
Remember me??  I was adopted on May 12th by Robin, Allie and Savannah
D.  My new name is Chance and my new family loves me very much.  I
have a big backyard to play in and love playing with the kids.   I go on
long walks everyday and have two kitty friends that live with me to."

I just wanted to let everyone at the Anna Shelter know that Chance is
doing great.  He truly is a wonderful dog. We gave him the nickname C.B.
(Cuddle Bear).  He loves to snuggle and follows us everywhere.  He is
loved by everyone that gets to meet him.
Thank You for rescuing him.  It was like he was meant to be with us...
Robin, Allie and Savannah D.

Chica and her new mom - Deb.  Chica came in completely hairless and just a mess.  She didn't trust anyone and stayed under her blanket for days... Deb has brought her such a long way!  This was a match made in heaven!
